Broken upon receipt
I received this solder station and upon inspection found that the units PC board had broken away from its internal mounting screws. Upon plugging in to activate the unit it was not found to operate.

Quality Soldering Station
Heats up very quickly. Accurate temp control. Nice detachable wand with quality, interchangeable, tips. I could have bought something on another site, but I know & trust MPJA and their products. Happy with purchase.

Poor Mechanical engineering
I received my unit and the bottom was shattered where the power transformer was mounted. The shipping box was not damaged and the unit box was not distorted. I suspect the bottom is to weak to support the weight of the transformer when a little g-force is applied upside down. I asked for another one to be shipped but I suspect it will come damaged also.
